Tesla’s market share has dwindled in key regions like California, which happens to be the largest market for electric vehicles in the U.S., alongside a dramatic 45% drop in sales across Europe as competitions ramp up. Research from Jato Dynamics reveals sharp declines in Tesla sales even as the overall electric vehicle sector grows. Analysts point out that the disconnect between Musk’s political stance and Tesla’s typically progressive consumer demographic could be detrimental as Tesla struggles to compete both locally and internationally.
